You can even Chain it to the monster’s effect, so if your opponent paid a cost, the effect is stopped, but they don’t get a refund! Effect Veiler is a valuable weapon to stop your opponent’s most powerful monsters dead in their tracks.
The Winged Dragon of Ra needs no introduction – it’s one of the legendary Egyptian God Cards!
