Dark Worlds: Why the hate?

I don't see why there is such a massive hate against Dark Worlds. I think they are quite good. With the right cards inserted into the deck, it can be consistent. I've made a list of pro's and cons;

Pro's:

• Powerful cards
  
• Decent effects
  
• Half decent draw power
  
• Capable of an OTK
  

Con's:

• Incosistent (mostly)
  
• Easily dealt with
  
• Sufferable against Anti-Meta
  
• Such a big hate D:
  

In my opinion, there is a big hate on Dark Worlds for one reason only: 70%+ of duelists that come up against a consistant, powerful Dark World deck which is being controlled by a decent duelist, LOSE. Ok, if you run an Anti-Meta and you come up against a Dark World deck, it's a walk in the park for you.

Another thing is, what if Dark Worlds were combined with Lightsworns? There's another deck with draw and mill power, strong enough to get Judgment Dragon out, with Grapha and Goldd at it's heels. Also bait for BLS & Chaos Sorcerer :3.

Actually the funny thing is...my dark worlds CRUSH anti-meta, it's just regular meta that's the problem. If they have a lot of cards that negate like glads it becomes a problem. But, i dont think lightsworns and dark worlds would really mix. You'd probably just be using your lightsworns for the most part and then, after you get field advantage, start relying on the dark worlds or at least thats what i can guess after rying dark world zombies XD (the better deck(the dark worlds) did all the work then, once i had emptied their field i tried to swarm but the dark worlds had already covered most of the field)

not dark smog, and i would run 3 mst's if i knew you were running a deck that relied on s/ts

So the hate is because they are easy to smack around?

The hate stems from too many people using it (wrong or right) and people losing to it...

people probly just hate it cause some big players said it's the next big thing and you know half the world has to hate it to seem elite.

Ultimately, I think the frustrating part of Darkword is how easily Grapha can be re-summoned from the grave.

I only win Vs. a well constructed Dark world when my opponent gets unlucky.

yup and i find it funny when ppl at my locals were SO amazed by the sanctuary deck and I would ask "what about the dark world coming next?" and they'd laugh,but when it came out they started using it XD

Yeah some people were like that out here, but everyone wants the new dragon deck..

you know, you'd love debunk. one of the best sides out there imo.

D.D. crow would probly be better now with the eve of wind-up looping and inzeks. they both do the same in this situation.
