Can I use it's atk boost eff during my opponent's turn? It doesn't say "once per turn" or anything the exact wording is "If you have 1000 Life Points or less: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 monster your opponent controls; until the End Phase, this card gains 500 ATK and that target loses 1000 ATK."

"You can Xyz Summon this card by attaching 1 face-up "Number 39: Utopia" you control to this card as its Xyz Material. If you have 1000 Life Points or less: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 monster your opponent controls; until the End Phase, this card gains 500 ATK and that target loses 1000 ATK."

It is an ignition effect and is spell speed 1.
It can be activated only during you main phases.
You can activate it as many times as you want during the same turn. as long as you meet the activation condition and the costs.

Okay thanks, there weren't any rulings on the wikia when i checked so i decided to get some duelist points while my question was answered XD
