Winged Kuriboh should be good for monarch he can be summoned via Transcendent Wings. Also, Winged Kuriboh lv10 can be a devastating to the opponent even able to end the game. Other than that it's capable of stopping OTKs.

transcendant wings summons lv 10 not the normal winged kuriboh...also, i actually made a deck and was suprised how often i was able to pull it off a reverse OTK because they'd stock up on monsters and then i'd play flute of summoning kuriboh and transcendant wings nuking their monsters and either dealing enough to kill them or enough to be able to finish them off with a bls or chaos sorcerer
